Every new Ford car and commercial vehicle comes with 12 months free Ford assistance. Ford assistance is a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe, 365 days a year, seven days a week. 

This can be renewed when you book a Ford scheduled service or convenience check at Day’s Ford. Not only will you receive expert service from Ford trained technicians using genuine Ford parts, you’ll also receive roadside assistance for extra peace of mind. 

How does it work?

If your vehicle breaks down, all you need to do is call and someone will be there to help as soon as possible. If the problem can’t be resolved there and then, Ford assistance will provide a replacement vehicle or organise costs for alternative travel. Ford service assistance is also available even if you’re in Europe.
