We’re excited to be offering a new digital customer journey for aftersales at our Plasmarl and Haverfordwest branch.

How it works:-

1. You get an SMS the day before your appointment where you can find the link to check in from the comfort of your home. Use this link and follow the steps to start the Check-In process.

2. Once you have arrived at the branch to drop your car off, you can use our secure kiosk to let us know where you have parked and drop off your keys. You can also add any extras you require e.g. oil change etc. Remember when you drop your keys off to remove any important keys from the bundle, you don't want to forget your house key!

3. You're Done for now! You can go about your day knowing your keys are safely stored. You can only access the Kiosk via a unique pin code, so you can trust that your keys will be safe.

4. You will get a text or if requested- a call later in the day to let you know your service has been completed and your car is ready for collection.

Alternatively you can complete the whole check-in process via the self service kiosk when you arrive at the branch.

If you know you'll be in a rush later in the day, you can also use the express system to check out. Just let a member of the service team know and we’ll ensure everything is prepared for you to collect your keys from the kiosk.
