Annual Charity Golf Day 2023

The event was brilliantly organized, starting the day with breakfast rolls. Two holes on the course were marked with gazebos hosting refreshments for the teams, along with a selection of snacks. At hole eight, the impressive INEOS Grenadier was stationed, allowing players to take a short break and admire it. Then, at the fourteenth hole, where we usually host our hole-in-one challenge to win a car, we had a second gazebo with refreshments and snacks. This gave players an opportunity to compose themselves before taking on the challenge. Finally, upon completion of their golfing, a barbecue with a wide selection of food was provided for all participants.

21 teams took on the Pontardawe golf course, with Enterprise Tyre & Exhaust finishing first with an impressive score of 53.4, finishing second - JLC Car Sales with a score of 53.7, in third place was Car Care Plan & Warranty with a score of 53.9 and Neath Brickwork in Fourth place with a score of 54.5.

Prizes were awarded for the teams in 1st and 2nd place, third and fourth place, and a raffle was held at the end of the day for all participants with an excellent selection of raffle prizes.

We also had a hole in one winner on the 10th hole by Matt Walsh of JLC Car sales winning a 3 night stay for two at the Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort! Congratulations!
