When permissions have been provided, your Transit Service dealer can access up to 60 days of your vehicle health status, allowing them to provide the best advice, anticipate upcoming maintenance needs and reduce turnaround times.

All new Ford Pro vehicles include FORDLiive^†, a complimentary connected uptime service which helps keep your vehicles operational and on the road.

With FORDLiive, eligible customers can maximise uptime by viewing vehicle health information through FordPass or Ford Telematics or Ford Telematics Essentials and in parallel our Transit Service Dealers can use the same smart information.

This means that before your vehicle reaches the workshop your Dealer has been able to identify the required work, plus any upcoming work that might be best bundled together and agree with you the best schedule to keep your business moving. In addition, the Dealer can best plan the parts and technical support needed for the appointment to ensure the work can be completed without unnecessary delays.

That is why on all new Ford Commercial Vehicles, subject to warranty repair by a Ford Dealer, and off the road overnight, we commit to keep you and your business moving by providing a capable replacement vehicle until your vehicle is available*.

To maximise productivity of your business, it’s vital to minimise downtime of your fleet. Ford Mobile Service is designed to do exactly that, by bringing Ford's service experience and expertise direct to your door.

All of our Transit Service sites are open a minimum of 60 hours per week / 11 hours a day Mon-Fri including weekend opening. Some dealer workshops have extended Saturday opening hours (region dependent). Overnight servicing appointments are also available. This means you can drop-off your vehicle by 4:00pm and it will be available by 10:00am the following morning.

Book a Ford Express Service^† and have two technicians team up and work together on your vehicle, increasing uptime and reducing expense to your business. You can also arrange for your Transit Service dealer to collect your vehicle and deliver it back to you after your service or repair work has been completed, for even greater convenience.

Roadside Assistance is included with every new Ford vehicle for the first 12 months, and can be extended with a Ford Scheduled Service for a further 12 months (available at participating dealers)*.
